Our after school program begins on the first full day of school. After dismissal, students come directly to the After School Room and sign in to register their attendance. If a student needs to arrive late to Lancer Care Club or leave the program early for activities such as Young Rembrandts, Chess Club, tutoring, Brownies, helping a teacher, practices in the gym, etc., parents can simply notify the After School Program Director.

Various activities are made available to the children, including quiet study, reading, homework time, games, computer time, and arts and crafts. We encourage parents to pack a snack for Lancer Care Club. The session ends promptly at 6:00 p.m. when each child is signed out each evening.  

All new families pay a onetime, non-refundable Registration Fee of $50.00 to secure placement for their children. That $50 is then applied toward after school sessions for that family.  

Each after school session is $15.00 per student. 

We hold the same behavior expectations as during the regular school day. A Lancer Care Club Behavior Contract is signed by both students and parents. We do this to ensure that all children are reminded of our rules and also to let them know that together we all make the Lancer Care Club a safe and fun place to be.
