Hello and thank you for choosing to apply at our school for the 2023-2024 school year. We are grateful that you have chosen us, and like you, we look forward to seeing each child grow and develop into caring students who excel academically and put faith into action through service to others!

Application Fee

 
**UPDATE** 8/8/2023 - There is an wait list for Pre-K 3, Pre-K 4, Grade 1, Grade 2, Grade 3 and Grade 7. Please do not submit your Application Fee until you have been in contact with our principal, Julie Noonan (jnoonan@st-phil.org) or phone the school office 630-543-4130.**
 
A Non-Refundable Application Fee of $100 per student PreK - 8 must accompany this Application.

You have two options to pay the application fee:

1) pay online via Credit card (at this time, or else a new form must be submitted)

2) pay later with cash or check in the school office.


If you do not pay via Credit Card today, please send your payment to the school office as soon as possible.

You may also visit the school office to apply in person.

 
Completion of Enrollment Application and Acceptance Notification
 
Please note: Your application for enrollment will be complete only when the following has been received:

1) Application fees

2) Copy of the child(ren)'s birth certificate(s)

3) Copy of the child(ren)'s baptismal record

 

Families of newly enrolled students in grades 1 - 8 must also provide the following: transcripts, standardized test scores, recent report card, IEP/ISP/504 (if applicable). If your child has special needs and/or has been formally tested by a public school district or a private agency, the testing results and/or IEP must be delivered to the school. Release of records forms are available.

 
Acceptance notifications will be emailed to families beginning February 28, 2023 in order to confirm your registration for the 2023-24 school year.

Waiting List Info

If the class you are applying to is filled, we will place you on a Wait List. If you are not accepted into the class, your application fee will be refunded. Please contact the school office for more details at 630-543-4130, option 2.

Current Wait lists for: PreK-3, PreK-4, Kindergarten, Grade 1, Grade 2, Grade 7.
